Regulations
These Regulations define the relationship between the Restaurant and the Customer.

Terms used in the Regulations
Restaurant: an economic entity operating in the field of gastronomy, offering dishes and drinks to customers.
User: a person viewing the content of the Website, not submitting an Order.
Client: a natural or legal person placing an Order via the Website.
Order: a declaration of intent submitted by the Customer to the Restaurant, which is tantamount to the conclusion of the Agreement.
Agreement: the legal relationship between the Consumer and the Restaurant arose as a result of placing an order, regarding the Restaurant's products and services.
Offer: products and services offered by the Restaurant available online on the Website.
Website: a website available via a web browser, enabling Customers to place Orders for Restaurant Offers, enabling online payments via the Payment Operator.
Payment Operator: a company that provides an online payment service that allows you to pay for the Order on the Website. The payment operator is

Principles of activity
1. Placing an Order through the Website is a service provided electronically, within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) .
2. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of Restaurant services to Customers via the Website.
3. The Customer placing the Order is obliged to accept the Regulations by checking the "I accept the Regulations" checkbox. Failure to accept these Regulations excludes the possibility of placing an order.
4. Users and Customers of the Website may not download the content of the Website - Offers, content, photos, databases in order to use them in any part.
5. All data and materials made available on the Website are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, distribution on the Internet and other forms of using the materials and messages posted on the Platform beyond the limits permitted by law is prohibited.
Restaurant offers
1. The restaurant informs that meals and drinks may contain ingredients causing allergies. The Customer is obliged to inform the Restaurant about such intolerance to certain products in the Notes to the order.
2. The Restaurant has the right to make changes to the Offers available at any time and date, in accordance with the current Menu available at the stationary point.
Order and Order handling, Agreement
1. Approval of the Order by the Customer by clicking the Order now button means concluding an Agreement with the Restaurant.
2. Confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
3. In the event of providing incorrect data to the Agreement, the Restaurant may request their correction in order to complete the Order processing.
4. The Customer can track the status of his Order on a dedicated Order page on the Website.
5. In the process of placing an Order, the Customer is obliged to provide complete and true data:
- First name and last name
- Delivery address,
- Telephone,
- E-mail.
6. In the case of placing an Order with a delivery option, the Customer is obliged to collect the Order at the indicated place.
7. The restaurant informs the customer about the time of order fulfillment after receiving it.
8. The restaurant has the right to withdraw from the execution of the Order if:
- force majeure preventing the execution of the Order (e.g. failure),
- Restaurant offer on the Website is out of date,
- The order comes from an area not served by the Restaurant,
- the restaurant no longer has the ordered food or drink in its Offer,
- Customer data provided in the Order are incorrect and the Restaurant is not able to correct or verify them.
9. In the above case, the Restaurant will make a full refund for the Order placed.
10. The restaurant also provides the service of delivering the Order to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the placed Order.
11. In the case of placing an Order with personal collection, the Customer should appear at the Restaurant at the time specified by the Restaurant.
12. The restaurant may ask for an identity document to verify the customer when collecting the Order.
Withdrawal from the Agreement
1. The Customer may not withdraw from the Agreement when the Restaurant has started to prepare the Order, which is related to the nature of the Services offered by the Restaurant (the product is not subject to re-sale).
2. The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement only if he immediately, after placing the Order, informs the Restaurant and the Restaurant has not yet started to prepare the Order.
3. Withdrawal from the Agreement results in a full refundmade by the customer.
Payment handling
1. The Customer is obliged to make the payment for the placed Order. Payment may take place in the following way, depending on the restaurant's preferences set on the Website:
- online payment via the Payment Operator;
- payment on delivery in person;
- payment on delivery at the place of delivery.
2. Placing an Order means that the Customer must choose one of the available payment methods.
Complaints
1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint directly to the restaurant via e-mail or the contact form.
2. The Customer's complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt.
Newsletter with promotions and offers
1. By clicking the checkbox Send current promotions at the time of placing the Order, the Customer subscribes to the newsletter with current information and promotions from the Restaurant.
2. The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by sending an e-mail with the resignation.
Personal data
1. The restaurant processes the personal data of customers in order to implement the Order and Agreement process.
2. The privacy policy defines the rules of data processing.
